Abdominal crunches to lose stomach fat
A little disclaimer. Crunches alone WILL NOT give you 6 packs and make you lose weight fast. You need a combination of the right exercises and realize diet foods lose stomach fat.
No equipment is needed for this. Lie flat on the floor and bend knees to a 100 degrees with your feet flat on the floor. Cup your palms around your ears but do not interlock them. Alternatively, you may fold your arms over your chest. Take a deep breath. Now, crunch upwards by lifting your chest towards your knees. Next, move back down and exhale. Repeat. Note that you must take 1 to 2 seconds to go up and 2 to 4 to come down. The reason is that muscles build better when your release is more controlled and you lose stomach fat fast. To achieve more out of the exercise and also prevent damage to your spine, note the following. Raise your chest skywards while arching your lower back (the area just above your bumps) towards the ground. After reaching the end of the contraction, or crunch, hold your breath for a second before going back down. Remember that crunches are different from sit ups. In sit ups, you raise your chest to your knees, in crunches; you raise them skywards and hold it there. One of the best lose stomach fat exercises.
Repeat the crunches 15 times per set and do at least 3 sets per exercise. Limit your rest duration to 1 min to avoid letting your muscles over cool and thereby negating the efforts of your exercise. Do this every day to reduce belly fats and get a 6 pac.

Remember that persistence is key. Wake up every morning and say to yourself, “I WILL lose belly fat, I WILL lose belly fat, I WILL lose belly fat.” Stay positive. Results are usually not immediate, but do not give up and they will come, sometimes much sooner than you expected.
